Support

One person, every email
Write to support@bestkept.app. There is no ticket queue and no bot — Bestkept is made by one person, who reads and answers everything. Expect a reply within two working days, and say which iPhone and which iOS version you are on if something went wrong.

"I deleted photos and my storage didn't change"

That is iOS, not Bestkept, and it is the single most common question in this category. Deleting a photo moves it to Recently Deleted, where it sits for thirty days before the space actually comes back. Bestkept tells you this rather than claiming the gigabytes have returned, and it will take you to that album so you can empty it. Open Photos, go to Albums, scroll to Recently Deleted, then Select and Delete All.

"I paid, then reinstalled, and it wants me to pay again"

Your subscription belongs to your Apple Account, not to the app, so it is never lost. Bestkept tries to bring it back on its own the first time it launches with no subscription. If it hasn't, open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. If that still doesn't work, email us with the Apple Account you bought it with — not the receipt, just the address.

"Can I get a photo back after Bestkept removed it?"

Yes. Nothing is ever deleted permanently by the app. Every photo you set aside goes to Recently Deleted in Photos, where iOS keeps it for thirty days, and you can put any of them back from there. Inside the app, a decision can be undone immediately from the arrow in the top left, before anything has moved at all.

Cancelling

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Bestkept. Cancelling stops the renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Something is wrong with the app

Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. If a photo was judged in a way that makes no sense — a sharp shot called blurry, a burst that wasn't a burst — that is genuinely useful to hear, and it is the kind of report that changes the app. Please do not send the photograph itself: describe it, and we will work from that.

Privacy and terms

What leaves your phone and what never does is set out in the Privacy Policy. The subscription terms are in the Terms of Service.
